We want you to love your items from our shop! Each product is custom-made just for you, which helps reduce waste and ensures unique quality.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we sincerely apologize! We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us at leigh@thesunshinecollaborative.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

A clear photo showing the damage, defect, or misprint.

A photo of the item as a whole.
We will review your request and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days.
Buyer's Remorse / Incorrect Size / Change of Mind:
Since each item is made to order, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size ordered, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Lost in Transit:
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partners and arrange a replacement or refund if the item is confirmed lost.
Important Notes:

Shipping Costs: Shipping for all original orders is FREE, therefore replacement orders will require an economy shipping fee.

Return Address: Please do not send any items back to the return address on your package without prior authorization from us.
